Thank you for providing a great breakdown video. I am currently a lvl 20 Necro following a blood surge build but this build seems like a better build.

The challenge I am having is finding the right weapon for my necro at this level and from( lvl30-50). Do you upgrade rare loot or should I go to veterans mode to get better drops ? ( still haven’t finished the campaign)

I am trying to use this build and feel like I’ve hit the ceiling at lvl 35. My attack power is in the mid 500s and I can’t for the life of me find good gear for this build. I stumble upon Necro legendaries all the time but they are for necro skills that I don’t use. Has anyone else experienced this and suggestions for moving forward? My wife and I play together and have just been completing stuff in Fractured Peaks before moving along in the main campaign - not sure if that has an impact (aside from limiting available dungeon aspects).

I’m guessing they nerfed bone spear cuz when I use it, I can only use it 3X before my essence is gone. I’m only lvl 26 though so maybe you get more essence later.

I don't know where else to post this and hope for an answer. Can anyone tell me how to consume a corpse using Grim Harvest on my necro? It's not an assignable skill and right or left clicking on a corpse only fires off my bone skill weapons. Help!

Tried this and honestly it’s the fastest I’ve died so far lol. No damage or healing. Maybe they nerfed it since the guide came out

Very new to Diablo, I under stand the skill tree but for stats is there any way to actually build into them or is it just Lilith statues and rng with gear?

I am legit so confused, the necro feels horrible. I just finished the campaign and im level 50. I deal no damage, I have no resource regen, I'm slow and squishy. I can't do any of the end game content to farm items, I think I'm going to have to drop it to the first difficulty to be able to do any damage. Am I better off just starting a barb or a rogue at this point?

Nice video thanks. I luckily found an item early with the splintered aspect and it defined my build. I’ve pretty much been using all the skills you’ve suggested, but I’m finding mana (resource) management really tricky. My DPS is great, but I’m constantly running lien and finding myself having to spend a lot of time generating mana again. I think one issue may be that I’m using a slow 2 handed weapon so my cast of bone splinters is very slow. Will a faster weapon help me generate mana faster?

ill say your right so dont get me wrong but the whole idea for Necromancer is his skeletons... i love them and like i said your right there really nerfed and i hope you do a guide on the skeletons build...great vid btw
