The past five years we have spent a lot of time by the Skjern river in Denmark. Getting to know the area and its history in depth, inspired us to make a little film; not only about the brutal past and the people who struggled to bring back what was ruined, but also about the value for people, of a place like this. And of course the madness of salmon fishing, which can make grown men and women lose their minds. This 40 min. film will be screened in Denmark on the 25th of March in Korsholm cine, at a fund raising event for the Danish Center for Wild Salmon, Skjern.
