I went to Paris a long time ago, but I thought I'd come back and do a proper food tour! On this food adventure, I ate some amazing pastries, and one of my favorites was the pistachio escargot pastry. At Chez Fernand, you'll have some of the riches foods there like the legendary Boeuf bourguignon defiantly get that because the beef is incredibly tender. I had one of the best soufflés at La Cuisine de Philippe. You can get a savory one and when you need something sweet you can get the chocolate soufflé. If you want something cheesy, go to Pain Vin Fromage, it's a great experience because you get to cook your cheese and meats on a mini stove. #parisfood #frenchfood #traditionalfrenchfood #parisfoodtour #paris Restaurants: ✧ Du Pain et des Idées 🤍 ✧ Chez Fernand 🤍 ✧ Stohrer 🤍 ✧ La Cuisine de Philippe 🤍 ✧ La Droguerie 🤍 ✧ Pierre Hermé 🤍 ✧ Pain Vin Fromage 🤍 *MORE EXCLUSIVE Content on Instagram* ✩ 🤍 ➔ Get tickets to the best show on earth!!! 🤍 ✸ Strictly Dumpling T-Shirts HERE: 🤍 ➣ Subscribe for MORE videos about food! 🤍 ➣ Subscribe to our COOKING Channel! 🤍 ★↓FOLLOW ME ON SOCIAL MEDIA!↓★ Facebook Show Page: 🤍 Facebook Mike Fan Page: 🤍 Personal Instagram: 🤍 Twitter: 🤍 Twitch: 🤍 ◈ Equipment I use for filming◈ : Sony RX100 Mark V: 🤍 PANASONIC LUMIX G85: 🤍 Wide Angle Lens: 🤍 Camera Mic: 🤍 Camera Lights: 🤍 Handheld Audio Recorder: 🤍 Tripod: 🤍 Drone: 🤍 My Favorite Cookware! wok/pan 🤍 Also this pan 🤍 Pressure pan 🤍 Nonstick pot 🤍 - ✉ Send stuff to our P.O. If you want a faster, modern and foolproof version of that sauce check my latest video here 🤍 Get this classic beurre recipe here : 🤍 JOIN OUR CULINARY SCHOOL ! 🤍 The Beurre Blanc is an emulsion of half-salted butter and a reduction of white wine, vinegar and shallots. The white wine and vinegar are reduced by half with the gray shallots, then the butter is gently incorporated and whipped over very low heat (do not exceed the temperature of 50 degrees) in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. This sauce is served hot as an accompaniment, without waiting, a dish, usually salmon, tuna or white fish. Water can be added before the butter is incorporated in plots. After the butter has melted, leave the shallots or pass the sauce through a sieve ( chinois) which will then make what we called a butter Nantais. utensils you may want to get: Saucier pan: 🤍 filet knife: 🤍 WRITTEN RECIPES ARE ON OUR WEBSITE 🤍 My Filming equipment: Video camera: 🤍 Microphone: 🤍 IF YOU LIKE WATCHING MY VIDEOS PLEASE CONSIDER ONE OF THE OPTIONS BELOW ( It really helps support the channel) * Spread the word about the channel and the website. * Check my Amazon cookware page ( affiliate link) 🤍 * Join the Kitchen brigade by signing up on my Patreon page : 🤍 * Take a look a the recipes to my website 🤍

Perhaps nothing was more decadent about aristocrats before the French Revolution than their over-the-top meals; the things French aristocrats ate even make modern Americans looks like humble cuisine ascetics. Foods before the French Revolution were a dizzying array of savories and sweets. Aristocrats of the ancien regime - or "old order," the elite French world before the revolution - tended to have elaborate meals, thanks to the fact that they could afford it; they could buy expensive ingredients and hire master chefs to create mouth-watering dishes. #FrenchCuisine #frenchrevolution #weirdhistory

French cuisine for beginners

👉Here is a Brief look at French Cuisine for beginners. Indisputably, one of modern France's greatest treasures is its rich cuisine. The French have an ongoing love affair with food. The cuisine of France is remarkably varied with a great many regional differences based on the produce and gastronomy of each region. Get Your Own Copy of French Cooking for Beginners: 75+ Classic Recipes to Cook Like a Parisian by Rockridge Press. Here👉🤍 Culinary traditions that have been developed and perfected over the centuries have made French cooking a highly refined art. This is true of even the simplest peasant dishes, which require careful preparation and great attention to detail. It is expected that even the simplest preparation be undertaken in the most careful manner, which means disregarding the amount of time involved. Of course, the secret to success in a French kitchen is not so much elaborate techniques as the use of fresh ingredients that are locally produced and in season. French cooking is not a monolith: it ranges from the olives and seafood of Provence to the butter and roasts of Tours, from the simple food of the bistro to the fanciful confections of the Tour d'Argent. A French meal might begin with a hot hors d'oeuvre (or for luncheon, a cold hors d'oeuvre) followed by soup, main course, salad, cheese, and finally dessert. The French operate with a strong sense that there is an appropriate beverage for every food and occasion. Wine is drunk with the meal, but rarely without food. An aperitif (a light alcoholic beverage such as Lillet) precedes the meal and a digestive (something more spirited say, cognac) may follow. This close relationship between food and wine may, in part, closely parallel the evolution of great cooking and great wine making. It is probably not coincidental that some of the best cooking in France happens in some of her finest wine-growing regions. In Burgundy, Bordeaux, Provence, and Touraine, wine is as prevalent in the cooking process as it is in the glass. French cooking is considered by many to be the standard against which all other cuisines are measured (it is also referred to as haute cuisine). This standard was introduced into the French courts by Catherine de Medici in the 1500s, and later perfected by Auguste Escoffier (1846-1935), who is considered the Father of French Cooking. Nouvelle Cuisine, which became popular in the 1970s, was in reaction to the rich cooking of classic French cuisine. This new cuisine has a healthful cooking philosophy: crisply cooked vegetables and fruit based sauces as opposed to flour and cream sauces. From classic French cooking to Nouvelle Cuisine, and the many French regional cooking styles, there is something to satisfy just about every palate. _ Disclaimer: Some of these links are the affiliate links,,,,, I will get some commission if you buy through them.
