Cordelia Cruise Booking Link: 🤍 Hey guys, this was our first ever cruise vacation at India's only luxurious cruise Cordelia. In this video we have shared everything in detail so that you know what to expect when you book your Cruise Vacation. There are different destination that this cruise offers but our trip was from Mumbai to Lakshadweep. On Day 1- we boarded the ship from Mumbai International Cruise Terminus (Green Gate), Check in process is more or less similar like Flights. There was a sail away party and we acclimatised with the motion of the ship. Make sure you carry motion sickness medicine. On Day 2 - We explored the ship, there were tons of activities to do and entertainment shows to attend and we also took Navigation bridge tour. On Day 3 - We reached Kochi port and we had opted for off shore excursion, so we got to see some of the iconic places in Kochi and got return back to the ship. On Day 4 - We reached Lakshadweep and explored Agatti Island. It's literally heaven on earth. On Day 5 - This was our last day on the cruise, so we relaxed on this day, went to casino, witnessed the sunset by the deck and next day morning we reached Mumbai port. I went on Cordelia cruises the day after it was in the news. My mom was worried, where was I taking her. But I had planned this for my dad’s birthday and everything was organised. I wasn’t taking no for an answer. So the next day, inspite of all the news, my family climbed on board. And I am so happy we did that! We sailed from Mumbai to Lakshadweep in luxury and style. But there are some things you should know before you cruise. I have listed them in the video. Be prepared, the cruise is crowded. Make sure you know which room you are getting. I have showcased all the room categories here in the video. From the suites or the standard rooms I have shown you the rooms in the video. The rooms include: Chairman's suite, Suite, balcony view room, ocean view room and an interior room. Cordelia is a cruise liner for Indians catering to the way Indians love to holiday. I was impressed with the entertainment activities on the ship : There's a Dj night to groove to all your favourite dance numbers. There's a live concert ( could not find much on this) There's a magic show to get in kid you all excited how the magic tricks. Let’s talk about food! You can see the restaurant options in the video. Its nice to indulge in the Indian and international gourmet cuisines in the middle of the vast ocean. THE STARLIGHT This two-level dining area has an interesting old-world retro charm. The ambience and grandeur of the Starlight is its main highlight. CHEF’S TABLE A premium dining experience with a specially curated menu. CHOPSTIX This specialty restaurant for Pan-Asian cuisine is the best place to enjoy family dinners. Well the night never goes down without drinks: the ship has beautiful bars and lounges to enjoy and relish you favourite cocktails and beers! The ship has INDIA’S BIGGEST CASINO IN THE OCEAN! And I was most impressed with the Gym and Salon and Rock climbing on the ship. The pool was crowded so I didn’t get in. But I did get into the ocean in Lakshadweep. And in the Brunton Boatyard pool in Kochi Kerala. All in all its a perfect family holiday! Some were included in the package and some were paid. - There was a mandatory drill for everyone after check-in. - The staff were very friendly. - The rooms and common area are much smaller than how it looks on video. The room bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. However, the rooms were very clean. - The food was average. - The two restaurants which had buffet were very crowded. We had to stand in a queue to serve the food. - The drinks were expensive and felt a bit diluted. - The check-in to the port was very badly organised. The port is still under construction and there are no basic facilities inside the port. We have to wait for few hours here. - There is priority check-in if you've booked mini suite or higher category room. - The check-out process was very early (7:30am) which wasn't mentioned at the time of booking.
