ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद (Gyanvapi Masjid) को लेकर सर्वे पर सस्पेंस से बुधवार को पर्दा उठ सकता है. बुधवार को एक बार फिर वाराणसी (Varanasi) की जिला अदालत में सर्वे को लेकर सुनवाई होगी. जिसके बाद उम्मीद की जा रही है कि अदालत आज कोई ना कोई आदेश जारी कर सकती है. वाराणसी की अदालत इस मामले में आज दोपहर दो बजे सुनवाई करेगी.
Gyanvapi Masjid Dispute: The Varanasi district court will further hear on July 4 arguments on the maintainability of a plea by five Hindu women seeking permission for daily worship of the Shringar Gauri Sthal within the Kashi Vishwanath-Gyanvapi complex. The Muslim side persistently presented their argument and registered their point-to-point objections to the Hindu side’s plea in court today. Five Hindu women have sought round-the-year access to offer prayers at the Shringar Gauri Sthal in the Kashi Vishwanath-Gyanvapi complex. The Muslim side has argued that the plea is not maintainable as the Places of Worship Act, 1991 prohibits the conversion of a place of worship and orders the maintenance of the religious character of any place of worship as it existed on August 15, 1947. A lower court in the city had ordered a video survey of the complex after the plea was filed by the women. Gyanvapi Masjid Case: Varanasi district court on Monday (September 12, 2022) said that the Gyanvapi mosque case is maintainable and the pleas filed by five Hindu women seeking the right to worship in the mosque will be heard. The Gyanvapi mosque is located next to the famous Kashi Viswanath temple. The court rejected the Muslim side's petition and said the suit is maintainable. Gyanvapi Mosque Verdict: The Varanasi Districts and Sessions court on Monday upheld the maintainability of the Hindu side’s petition in the Gyanvapi mosque complex case. Five women had filed a petition seeking permission for daily worship of Hindu deities whose idols are claimed to be located on an outer wall of the Gyanvapi mosque. The Anjuman Intezamia Masjid Committee has said the Gyanvapi mosque is a Waqf property and had questioned the maintainability of the plea. The Varanasi District Court on Monday rejected the petition of the Muslim side. The court said that the suit by Hindu parties is maintainable in the court. The court has posted the matter for hearing on September 22 and it will now hear the arguments based on merits. A single bench of district Judge AK Vishvesh delivered the verdict in the Gyanvapi Shrinagar Gauri dispute case today. The Varanasi District and Sessions Court on Monday (September 12) rejected the plea of the Anjuman Intezamia Masajid, which manages the Gyanvapi mosque complex, challenging the maintainability of the civil suits filed by five Hindu women seeking the right to worship Maa Shringar Gauri on the outer wall of the complex. The Gyanvapi Mosque was built in 1669 during the reign of the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb, who ordered the demolition of the existing Kashi Vishwanath temple at the site, and its replacement by a mosque. वाराणसी जिला अदालत (Varanasi District Court) आज इस मुद्दे पर अपना फैसला सुना सकती है कि ज्ञानवापी का मुकदमा चलने योग्य है या नहीं? मुस्लिम पक्ष की याचिका पर फैसला आएगा, जिसमें मुस्लिम पक्ष ने कहा था कि ज्ञानवापी का वाद (मुकदमा) 1991 के पूजा स्थल विधेयक का उल्लंघन है. इसलिए यह मुकदमा नहीं चल सकता है. जबकि, हिंदू पक्ष ने कहा कि ज्ञानवापी का मुकदमा 1991 के पूजा स्थल विधेयक कानून का उल्लंघन नहीं है, पहले धार्मिक स्वरूप तय हो तब पता चलेगा कि पूजा स्थल विधेयक इस पर लागू होता है या नहीं. काशी विश्वनाथ मंदिर और ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद को लेकर आधा दर्जन से ज्यादा मुकदमे अलग-अलग अदालतों में लंबित हैं, लेकिन, यह मामला बेहद खास है, क्योंकि तत्कालीन सिविल जज रवि कुमार दिवाकर ने इसी मामले पर सर्वे के आदेश दिए थे, जिसमें मस्जिद के वुजूखाने में शिवलिंग होने का दावा किया गया था. हालांकि, मुस्लिम पक्ष ने इसे फव्वारा बताया था और आज भी अपने दावे पर कायम है. वहीं, हिंदू पक्ष का दावा है कि ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद का पूरा ढांचा मंदिर को तोड़कर बनाया गया है. Gyanvapi Mosque Verdict: The Varanasi Districts and Sessions court on Monday upheld the maintainability of the Hindu side’s petition in the Gyanvapi mosque complex case. Five women had filed a petition seeking permission for daily worship of Hindu deities whose idols are claimed to be located on an outer wall of the Gyanvapi mosque. The Anjuman Intezamia Masjid Committee has said the Gyanvapi mosque is a Waqf property and had questioned the maintainability of the plea. The Varanasi District Court on Monday rejected the petition of the Muslim side. The court said that the suit by Hindu parties is maintainable in the court. The court has posted the matter for hearing on September 22 and it will now hear the arguments based on merits. A single bench of district Judge AK Vishvesh delivered the verdict in the Gyanvapi Shrinagar Gauri dispute case today. A Varanasi court will pronounce the verdict on the maintainability of the plea in the Gyanvapi mosque-Shringar Gauri case today (September 12, 2022). District Judge AK Vishvesh had last month reserved the order till September 12 in the communally sensitive matter. Ahead of the district court order, Section 144 has been imposed and security has been tightened in Varanasi. Police Commissioner A Satish Ganesh said on Sunday that prohibitory orders have been issued in the Varanasi commissionerate and officers have been asked to interact with religious leaders in their respective areas to ensure that peace is maintained. To maintain law and order, he said, the entire city has been divided into sectors that have been allocated police forces as per their requirement. According to the survey of the archeology department under the orders of the court, on draining out the water of Wazu Khana, a 'Shivalinga' inside a round tank-like structure present in that Wazu Khana, and some more shreds of evidence were found indicating the presence of a Hindu temple at some period. Where Hindus are claiming it to be a 'Shivalinga', the Muslim community is pointing that thing to be a fountain. According to the Hindu culture, Lord Nandi must be sculpted facing toward 'Shivalinga', and the whole controversy took place because of the same thing that indeed Lord Nandi present in the Kashi Vishwanath Temple is facing towards the Mosque. Quite a few of you may be known of the survey done in Gyanvapi Mosque where the survey team found some 'Swastik' signs and some more indicators in the basement of the Mosque that indicate the presence of a temple there. So Hindu community's appeal is that the court should pass orders for a proper inspection regarding the issue. According to the survey report submitted by the archaeology team, the court stated on 12 September that the issue is trial worthy, dismissing the petition filed by the Muslim community. Gyanvapi mosque case: The Supreme Court today agreed to hear a plea on Friday (November 11) at 3:00 pm which is related to the protection of 'Shivling' discovered at the Gyanvapi mosque complex in Varanasi. A bench of Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud and Justices Hima Kohli and JB Pardiwala said it will constitute a bench to hear the matter. "We will constitute a bench for hearing tomorrow at 3:00 pm itself," the apex court said.
