The Keyence VHX-7000 Microscope, located at Arizona State University’s Advanced Electronics and Photonics Core Research Facility, is a high magnification optical microscope with a 4k display, large depth of field, and up to 6500x magnification. It also has a motorized XYZ stage which can auto-focus and allow for fiducial alignment, which is ideal for inspecting a specific cell or die on a wafer.
